🐣 Top nail design for Easter: 3 questions for the expert
We asked our expert three questions about nail design for Easter. She tells us what looks her customers love for Easter and how the classic Easter colors are given a modern touch this year.
Which nail art is trendy at Easter?
Nail designer Stefanie: “The classic Easter motifs such as bunnies, flowers, blossoms, butterflies and Easter eggs are very trendy again this year - they are simply an integral part of the Easter season. The spring-like motifs can easily be applied to your nails as stickers , stamping or nail art tattoos . My absolute favorite for this year, however, are the Eggshell Nails, which are based on the eggshells of wild birds in color and design and are super easy to implement.”
Which nail art is no longer popular at Easter?
Nail designer Stefanie: “My customers still like to choose classic Easter motifs on their nails, but where previously many nails were decorated, today only one or two decorative nails are decorated with the motifs. This ensures that they are properly showcased without the nail design appearing overloaded. In general, more delicate motifs are in demand; the striking, brightly colored, comic-like drawings are no longer popular at Easter.”
Which colors for nail design for Easter?
Nail designer Stefanie: “It can be colorful at Easter! The refreshing pastel colors in particular are now in season. This year they are being embellished with metallic elements, for example geometric nail art in gold, giving them a festive charm for Easter. If pastel colors are too much for you, you can also opt for light nude tones and use them to create subtle nail designs.”
Eggshell🥚Nails: The nail art trend for Easter 🌼
“For me, the Eggshell Nails are an absolute eye-catcher at Easter because they bring spring to the nails with a unique look,” says our nail designer Stefanie. Nail designs that are reminiscent of the eggshell of a blackbird or quail – you can be inspired by nature for the new eggshell trends!
Which colors for the Eggshell Nails?
Nails in a quail egg look with a creamy white base and black dots are elegant in appearance and easy to make. It will also be spring-like if you use blackbird eggs as a model and choose a mint green as the base color. In nature, the egg has a brownish pattern, but you can develop freely here and, for example, bring dark blue and yellowish or whitish contrasts to your nails. In general: If you want a more natural look, you should choose nude tones and gentle contrasts. If you want something a little more colorful and in a good mood, then pastel tones are ideal as a base color and matching dark nuances as a contrast.
