By uploading the material you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Requirements for publishing your material

• Before uploading your material, you must provide truthful personal information.
• The image must be free of third-party rights and must not contain any prohibited content (see sections 3 and 4).

2. Granting of rights

By uploading your material, you grant ND24 NailDesign the rights to use the submitted material free of charge for the following purposes:

• Publication on the ND24 NailDesign website

3. Obligations of the participant

• You must be the author of the material submitted.
• You also guarantee that publication of the material will not infringe any personal rights, and in particular that people clearly depicted agree to the image being published.
• Commercial content (e.g. offering goods and services) is not permitted.

4. Activation of contributions, exclusion from participation, withdrawal

• The editorial team reviews all submitted photos. It reserves the right not to publish the material or to delete it from the website if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the conditions of participation are not being complied with.
• You can withdraw your images and video material. To do this, send an email to service@nd24.de stating your name, email address and a description of the submitted material.
